Are you pet friendly?
Yes. However, we try to make sure that if someone else in the building also has a pet that the two animals can cohabitate the same building. In some cases we've even set up a meeting of the two to see how they interact.

Do you accept Section 8?
Yes. We interact with housing services on a regular basis and will even go out of our way if the person is recomended to us.

What do you mean by flexible lease?
Flexible lease means that the term of the lease, the rent, the utilities and the security deposit are negotiable.
Leases can be made out for longer or customized short periods of time with no penalties. This is perfect for people on fixed income and students who only plan on being here for a specific amount of time.
Based on how long the lease if for we may be willing to change how much you pay in rent, who pays what utilities, and how much the security deposit is for, all to suit your specific needs.
Our first priority is your needs, we can negotiate almost everything else to make that possible.

Do you have a credit check? If so is there a fee?
Yes. We do check your credit, but as far as other real estate companies go it is by far the most fair. By that we mean other companies will just go by a credit score number, we won't hold a bad score against you. But we do pay attention to credit history and try to make sure we pair renters with a property that they wont be overwhelmed by.

Do you apartments have dishwashers / garbage disposals / central air?
No. We do have window mounted ACs that you can rent for a fee, But the places we rent are very much in the Pittsburgh tradition of renovating and retrofitting older houses. So expect steam heat, high ceilings, transom windows, and old fashoned skinks. They can take a little getting used to but they are VERY efficient and hardly ever break down.
